I cannot say this enough, Please, please, please if you think you may go, not sure, but think you might make it, or definately are, REGISTER.
This will allow us as admins to ensure you are catered for and assists us with food etc.
If you do not register, those that have will have priority seating and you will not be seated until all the registered players have arrived or attend.
I cannot stress this enough. If in doubt of your attendance, regsiter. There will be no excuses or pleading on the day. It will fall onto my cloth ears.
WE NEED TO KNOW an approximate number of the people attending so we can get the drinks and some food organised for you. This will allow you more time to game and have fun rather than driving around to buy drinks etc because we havent catered for you. We want to help, have the decency to at least help us in this minor yet simple way. Tell us if you are coming.
It is your choice. I can assure you though if you do not register, but just rock up hoping for a seat, you will not be allowd into the venue until ALL registered players are accounted for.
This is definite and no correspondence will be entered into. The judges decision is final.
Also important information will most likely be sent out via a mailing list. However if we get a repeat of last dga's postponement it will be the only method of being contacted. Use an email address that you check regularly.
Yup :) nps Ahh depends on where you're posting from and connection. Sometimes a forced refresh might help ctrl-f5 for IE. Other than that it might an ISP cache thing. eg. I can logon other people's OCAU accounts using my Iprimus account.
