i know ive posted something along these lines before but i still had a problem! it took me 3 hours at the last lan just get the right version of cs. it all got too hard gettin dc and anything else so well i played cs for 2 days gets pretty boring after a day ana half even tho u start owning every1 :p. next lan or evo can the latest patches for all of the common games be put on the dga server AND SHARED to make it easyer for everyone. i know im not the only one with this problem. last lan i went to NOBODY and i mean NOBODY was sharing stuff. couldnt find a single working patch anywhere!
what i mean by common games is the version of cs that will be played maybe warcraft 3 and battlefield 1942. pretty much whatevers going.
me again last lan got told milenko had 1 gig of patches so if he could just put most of m on a cd or sumthing ide pay for the cd an all but thatd solve the problem cause ide share m if they were on my computer!
if u still have trouble at the lan finding patches or games arnt working right ask a admin (they shoudl have special shirts on) if htey are unfriendly come see me ill help ya
whats FTP file servers? ive never heard of it.. ure prolly al thinking u wierdo but seriously can somone help me out ere.. do u need a certain program to acess other people files or what?
no its good to ask questions at one point in our life we all though wft is a ftp u should be able to access it fine by going to your favorite browser (IE i assume) and typing in this ftp://192.168.0.186 that will let u look at all the files on tn1's enterprise server

for what its worth - my savage server will be version 1.0, (no patches), and my nwn server will be version 1.61, i will provide the necessary patches on a yet to be determined machine.
can somone make a list of what will be played and what versions theyr being played as... well only really cs, battlefield, warcraft, generals an yeah thats pretty much it....
