This is where i got my name, its the second last thing ripper said before he died of a prescription drug overdose. While taking these drugs, he was chatting on IRC and had a webcam set up, with the people in the channel watching him.

The person you refer to Static did not stab himself but rather tried to stab a Police Officer. He actually ran over the Police vechile.
It's quite funny if you can find the police video :)
Due to the attempted assault the Police Officer shot him :P
He did stab himself, although he didnt kill himself he ran up the police vehicle with blood pouring out of his neck.
