I just brought Condition zero but whenever i try to change it to D3D it won't let me. It just exits the game and then sames the video setting can't be supported. The game will now load in software mode.
I have a 3gigz p4, ATI radeon 9600XT and 1 gig of ram. I dont' understand what the problem is.. any suggestions? I downloaded the latest drivers, yet nothing changes..

It runs better on GL tho :/
also, just for future, put a description in your thread name, most people wont bother reading this post, simply caus of its name.
CZ and CS is now being funky on my machine. D3D vs GL will crash my system.
D3D fixes it.

easiest way too look at it is too start from the top.
Drivers.
Video ATI latest Cats.
Dirext X 9.0c
Windows
Then go back from that reinstall the game.
After that if it doesnt work post again and let us know the outcome.
I've tried all of it. I got Direct X 9.0c, I have the latest Catalyst, i have updated the drivers on my chipset. I really don't know what is wrong. When i goto DirectX Diagnostic Tool, then click on the Display tab, then click on test Direct3D, I can see the object. So why isn't this dam thing working :( ???
