Can someone please explain to me how to use this program??

I have used google, couldn't find any good help. I read the FAQ but tells me nothing about how to use DVD Genie... Can anyone actually help me?

Nope, never heard of it.... was there a readme or help file with the program? lol.... normally there is :P

I just read somewhere it only supports region free DVD drives. All DVD that is after Jan 1, 2000 i think are Region protected. So I can't use it for my DVD drive.... Oh well

There are ways around that.

I wander why those messages were deleted, i thought they were kinda funny, although they were offending me.

And nevermind, i find a program to by pass it... If anyone has the same problem just download DVD Region+CSS Free 5.58. Umm.. its only trial so you can download from suprnova i think, and get the full version. If you already used all your region selections, you need to update your firmware to reset the region lock in your hardware. Then just install the program and choose the default drive as your DVD drive and press ok, and then load your DVD viewing program.

It sounds dodgy .. hence the question, if it was legal legit software he could ring the people and ask .. but alas ..

DVD Genie is a freeware or whatever it is called. Basically it's totally free, you don't need to pay, although you can provide donations if you want.
