Yeah I was at BRM and Burning Steppes Farming HK's.

So basicaly unless you have high lvl character or high lvl player to help you get points your SHIT out of luck to get a prize.

Anyone with a PvP rank has a chance...Just that the higher rank your are the higher chance u have of winning. There are a certain amount of points that are given for each rank, number of points basically represents how many entries you have in the competition.
