Just installing it now, perfect timing just before the lan!! :D

I should be able to play most new games yeah?

I use a 6600GT for now and I must say, its a very nice card especially given it's price. Outdoes my old 9800Pro 256meg easily :D

Definately - mines PCI-E but I DID have an AGP one for a few weeks (before my board blew up).

Yeah if I had a choice i'd go Pcie :p Bought this just so i'd have something for this lan. I've never owned anything better than a Gf2 :p That's kind of a lie, I owned a 9800XT that had artifacts for 2 weeks :D Anyways just finished installing it all, will do benchmarks later and test a few games tonight.

i have a 6600 gt sli'd card :)

Post 7

I got a 7800GTX OC

Post 8

Wouldnt it be nice if we all had one, still stuck with my 9800XT. Mind you it does the job.

Jm3, please post your benchmark scores when your done as I am a wee bit curious.

Post 9

I don't think i've set it up properly. I get the same fuggin fram rates in CS 1.6 as I did before!! maybe a 10fps difference if that compared to my gf2 :( I downloaded drivers, even installed Rivatuner.

Might need to sleep on it.

Should be able to play m,ost games at medium to high with AA/AF at full or a touch below. Higher end games like BF2, CS:S, Quake4, etc may prove a bit mroe demanding though.
