Looking at purchasing a good quality power supply, something that will stick with me for a long while, quiet too. My system at the moment ain't too power hungry (at least i don't think so) but again I would like to use it in a future system.

Money aint much of an issue but hopefully don't plant on spending more than "50. Been looking at some of the Antec ones, they seem nice and I have heard alot of good things about them. Currently looking at this one http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Antec-NeoPower-480-480-watt-ATX12V-v2-0-power-supply_W0QQitemZ6819931332QQcategoryZ80173QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
The advanced cable management looks like a nice feature to cut down on cables within the case. What do you guys think?

Please, any advice appreciated!

Yeah the Neopower is what i have.

Its the best. ever. unless you have SLI, then you'll need a bit more juice :P

I got the 600W Enermax noisetaker :D I dont use SLI I just wanted megajuice :) I can recommend it as far as stability but the cables are a bit messy. Neopower seems to be a good choice even though its weakass compared to a noisetaker. The cable system is great to have.

Cables aren't so messy if you take the time to cable tie it to neaten it all up :)

I've got the Super Flower PSU and hasnt missed a beat yet. Plug in what you need (SLi ready) dedicated SATA, Video, CDROM etc.

Only plug that is fixed to PSU is the mainboard power with 20&24 pin configs.

Braided cords, shinny case and big ass fan to draw air out whilst cooling the PSU. (14CM Fan with blue LED's) 3 speed fan regulator (Low/High/Auto)

Model NO: SF-480 T14 x (my model)
