Watched the high-quality version... looks incredible. Can't wait. The series just seems to keep getting better. X-Men; was ok. X-Men 2; rather f*cking cool. X-Men 3; looks to top them both.

Judging from what I've heard in the DVD commentaries, yes.

Phoenix is a definite.....also Juggernaut, Beast (Woot), Kitty Pryde, Callisto and Angel (The guy with the wings).
Im personally still hoping Gambit will make an appearance too :)

Not sure, the part is being played by Vinnie Jones (Snatch, Mean Machine) i think he'll do a good job.

I thought Gambit doesn't appear until rogue is much older in the comics...
I don't think the producers have paid much mind to the order that the characters are coming into the movies - Angel was one of the original x-men in the comics (along with Beast, Morph, Storm and Cyclops)
wolverine came in a little later after morph was killed....
personally I think they have gone for the most popular, while keeping the overall good vs bad vs normal people going...
id love to see strife/cable make an appearence.. or even Mr Sinister..
