Hi guys i purchased a Benq FP91G 19inch lcd monitor. All good but im having some issues with brightness on the monitor itself. The bottom of the monitor seems to be extermly bright compaired to the top of the monitor. When a single shade of colour is displayed from any viewing angle it looks like a gradent colour from light to dark going from the bottom to the top.

I have moved the monitor around heaps, but the same appearance of the monitor is still there. Its very bright at the bottom and normal at the top of the monitor.

To top it off, i went back into the store and got a replacement on the monitor but the new one has the same type of effect. Just wondering if any of you have had the similar experence? and how you resolved it.

Im considering about taking the monitor back gettinga re-fund and going with a brand that can hold a single color shade on the screen.

Simple, buy a Viewsonic. Not one problem.

Gone through 3 Benq's here - they've all been excellent.
