Attention Leonami and DVD!
As promised, you are both required for a day of playtesting tomorrow, 17th December 2005.
Please come to;
Shop 5 Anthony Plaza
38 Smith Street Mall
At about 9am tomorrow for some free gaming!
The session will start with Battlefield 2 then progress on to Dawn of War:Winter Assault and then decline into ranting and general feasting on computer gaming joy of your choosing.
You may be called upon to do some installing but I am sure you will consider this a fair trade!
The venue can accomodate a small number of spectators and there MAY be a free machine or two if other people want to come and have a go, but the other machines will be rotated depending on interest.
I have organised some of my friends, associates, gaming foes and other assorted good and bad guys to come also for a day of free gaming, but this offer is mostly open only to users of this board and DGA members!
See you tomorrow!
Note: Not all games have been installed as of 6pm Friday.

Where relevant you must have your own online account if you wish to play games on our ADSL2 Internet Access (12 meg down and 1 meg up).
You may not associate our CD keys with your personal account under any circumstances.
This is especially relevant for Everquest 2 and Worlds of Warcraft.
Please feel free to ask me here or via email if you have any questions about the responibilities of online gaming.
There are no such concerns for LAN gaming.
A note on Gaming Ettiquette.
Tomorrow marks the opening of Velocity Gaming to the public, if not being actually open for trade.
It is therefore prudent to state clearly that this is an all ages venue and everyone will respect this status.
If you book all ten machines for you and your mates and you are here at midnight you can scream and carry on and swear and beat each other over the head when someone spawn frags you for the tenth time in a row if you want BUT that's only if you book the venue out for yourself and friends.
We operate in close proximity with other businesses. During business hours there can be no noise above normal talking level. Three warnings and you are out. It is a condition of my lease and so I have no choice but to enforce it.
No swearing. We all let out an occasional expletive from time to time... just when you think you are about to place the C4 in aztec, some leaping awper headshots you and you lose the round... it probably deserves a sharp "F**K"... but the same three warnings exist for swearing as for loud noise. It is an all ages venue.
No eating or drinking at the computers.
No.
Not.
Death.
Kill.
Maim.
Pain, lots of pain.
"Oh but I'll be careful!"
NO!
Clear?
(Later I will instigate a $50.00 deposit for people who want to drink and eat at the computers. If you spill one drop on my equipment, or one crumb in my keyboards, you will lose your $50.00. I will be a complete fascist about this with no apologies. I care for and love my computer equipment with a passion akin to fetish. You have been warned).
Ladies and Gentlemen, these are not monkey bars, they are expensive pieces of high technology and all I ask for is a bit of decorum and consideration.
