He's wielding the best 2handed mace in the game, with the best pvp armour he can get.
If your VS'ing him for the first time, its overpowered.
When you think about the time investment that has been made, its fair :)

that hammer is awesome. my guildy has that mace and i got his account info so i jump in and pvp with it now and then, 2k mortal strikes are the best.
