God-damn it looks good! I was a huuuuuge fan of the original Superman movies as a child, and it looks as though they're going to do it great justice.

If you haven't seen the second (or first) trailer yet, make sure you do.

bet he'd get some massive migraines from that...

i'll definately be watching it, can't i'm any big fan of the christopher reeves/old supermen movies, but a fan of the character on the whole

seeing kevin spacey as lex luthor span me out, guess we'll have to wait to see how he is, but eh, kevin spacey (as good an actor as he is) just doesn't seem to be a lex luthor

Bill Gates should have played that roll, Cow.

to be a complete comic geek...
in the comics he doesnt - he has very long hair
and he shaves by using his heat vison and refracts it off a piece of shiny mirror like metal from his crashed spaceship....

;)

Yeah that is on my must see list. The Usual Suspects is still one my fav movies that Bryan Singer was part of. Also when he did a episode of House M.D, and of course the X-Men 1 & 2 movies.

Trailers looked awesome - movie was one of the most boring things I've had to sit through.

The only entertaining part of the whole movie was Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor.

It took about half the movie before any plot even showed itself - it seemed like just a big wank from someone who just wanted to get another Superman movie out there.

This rates a whole 5 yawns with me.

And yes - I'm a Superman/comic books fan.

Gonna be seeing this movie soon. I've been a bit of a fan of Smallville, so I can see myself walking into this movie and going, ahh! That's not Lex Luthor or Clark Kent!!

Looking forward to it none the less :)

Louis and Clark was one of my fav' TV shows :)

Post 19

Overall a very DC movie, and ill leave it at that.
There was some nice showoffs of Supes powers, and some dead set mind numbing boring shite in there as well.

I think we have now have proof if you're above 30 - you instantly become too old to watch these sort of movies anymore. :p

Not to old to appreciate what they were TRYING to do, just to old and sleepy to be numbed out of existence by a 20 min opening credit scene, unneccessss(what the hell one more)ssary flashback scenes, and the the neat way they can turn off the effect of a radiating substance just by looking at it like a scared poodle ;)
