ok ive been with ozforces for ages cause of the unlimited but they just introduced capping and the capping is meant to drop me down to 75kbits/s but im downloading at 3kb/s which is less then dial up so stuff that.
any suggestion on best ISP for a heavy downloader/gamer in terms of high download limit or preferably no limit but if thats not an option then at least better speed after the cap

My folks are on Dodo, never had any problems. (well they had them, but it was the modem, and I fixed it easy)

very good service
i have not had any drop-outs with them at all
ping on average is higher than internode's but it doesnt go up and down like a yo-yo like internode's either (stays at around 45-50)
http download speed usually 155-160kb/s
torrent speed varies depending on file
customer service is good too, they ring me every now and then to see if all is ok but iv'e only had to ring them once and that was just an inquiry - they take your number and call u back
