It's for coles so it's a no brainer. It's just a filter to make sure you're not a chob from off the street.

Yeah, don't be a wanker, and you should be okay. Dress in at least jeans and a shirt (not T Shirt) or nice formal shorts and a shirt, with dress type shoes. Comb your hair, and make sure it won't look out of place.
Always look your best.
