well the office here in Winnellie is looking a bit darker today and when i pop my head out the door i see heavy looking clouds.
fingers crossed that we get some rain :D

If you dont get rain at christmas then I for one will be shocked and this will make the weather even more strange.
This year it has been colder and drier when it shouldnt be and wet too at strange times.

it's oldschool darwin weather - havent had a year like since before 2000 :)
when the wet went for the period the calendar said it's meant to(and a bit longer) and when the dry was actually COLD. it's brilliant! bring on more!

I love it cold... now i cant tell what it is, its cold in the mornings and hot about 11 to 5. It looks like its gona rain, but it won't.
It used to always rain on xmas, didnt last xmas though.. did for at least 6 years befor that.. or around the same time if it wasn't on the day.

I live in Cairs and its been on off raining for the last 2 or 3 days and its anoying.... lol sounds like you guys have been in some real drought over there.

Well it rained in Daly River today from 04:30hrs to about 07:20hrs. Good heavy rain to start off with, then drizzle.
