That was footage from when it was being developed before it was then scrapped. As far as public knowledge goes, development has started from scratch in light of the Fallout franchise buy-out.

It's starting to shit me how soon developers are announcing games before release. 6 months should really be more than enough, shouldn't it? I don't need to know that I need to wait 2 years (or 6+ in the case of TF2/DNF, hah).

they announce them ASAP so that if someone else starts developing the same type of game they dont get branded as copycatting

If it's a sequel, surely there's no need - they can't be branded as a copycat for copying their own previous title.

It looks ok, they don't seem to have improved terribly on the graphics side of things though.
