Just got back tonight...Emo Spiderman was severe LOL but other than that I enjoyed it. I think it's because I really enjoy the character relationships with each other and the whole Peter & MJ thing so it was good to see a lot of story focused around that.

Bah, didn't like the fact that he could take the symbiote suit off. Call me geeky but it would have been MUCH cooler to see the suit morph into whatever clothes Peter desired.
Now there needs to be 2 more movies.
1. Lizardman - Spidey isn't complete without him
2. Now they have gone down the "Venom" storyline, I would like to see Carnage as well. Evern though it may take up ALOT of screen time having 3-way battles between them, it would be HEAPS cool to see them strap it out.

looks like they're building towards the sinister six - although the lack of Venom is going to hurt (seriously, killing him outright? WTF that about??) - carnage is cool, but venom is the ultimate bad guy IMO.

It was a very poor effort to translate a serious (comic book serious) plot and story generator that was Spiderman first getting the symbiote, removing it, and loosing it to Eddie. If in the next 3 announced episodes are as bad as this one, I think ill wait for it to come out at the drive in.

It annoys me the the bad guys turn good, Doc Oc, Sandman both The 2nd Green Goblin are bad, but see the light and ask for forgiveness, pffft! That's why Venom is the shit, evil as all hell. lol

his not really evil as such, just misunderstood. Like in the comics when he helped an old lady who got her purse stolen and venom helped out by sticking his tongue in the bad dudes head and killing him and returning the purse. Friendly as.

venom had an entire comic book series where he was good, and would never harm any innocent person, and saved babies, killed alien invaders, had a girlfriend, worked with vengeance etc
the movie was good, but was too long - any movie over 2hrs starts to get me agitated at the movies as my legs start to cramp up and i get thirsty and start getting distracted

venom didn't look like venom - his mouth wasn't big enough and the tongue wasn't used to its potential. not to mention his skin had the spider-man pattern on it which looked shit - venom's skin is like a smooth oil slick with a white spider on the back and front

lizard-man is definitely next...they have been putting dr connors in all 3 movies, a little more in each time
but carnage is probly on the tables too, as there was that much of venom's black goop running around it wasnt funny.
what they need is another super-hero pop in on the next movie
to keep continuity in mind; like how fantastic four have put the silver surfer in their 2nd movie, even as a bad guy its cool to see the continuity there.
lol i still crack up when i see spider-man appear in that easter egg on the x-men dvd lol.
its just a shame that spider-man is made by sony and all the others like x-men and ff and daredevil are made by fox, making cross overs damn near impossible
