Farming Outlands is what seems to be the most popular, but I prefer using the auctioneer mod and spending about 15-20 mins a day with that, I get about 3000 gold p/m through AH trading.

/2 be a miner in outlands or farm lvl 70 elements for the various element motes. On my server these sell for copious amounts of gold.
/3 not on TN server.
1) Soul-link n00bguard spec hurts. So does affliction. Destro sucks.
2) Daily quests at L70 + levelling. Also solo BRD clears, if you are quick, take about an hour and net ~100 to 125g in pure vendor value.
