I hope you all realise that just because it wasn't made in the 1990s doesn't mean it didn't air in the 90s :p Could be any of the shows listed above.

throw out some clues - was it hannah barbera? disney? anime? oldschool lame animation? did the robots do anything in particular: eg transform?
