Well normal dig vid cam how to convert to say mpeg for easy viewing of a resonable mg size?

I think go to www.divx-digest.com and read some articles on how to convert vids to mpeg1 or 2 or 4...

U can use virtualdub for mpeg2 encoding, and a program that I really like (cos its named after me - na just coincidence) is TMPEGenc (Tsunami MPEGenc), it does fast and good quality encoding of mpeg1(VCD) and mpeg2.

For hardware you can use a USB capture device (harvey norman) or a video capture card...
