That first link has a pretty major error in it, being that "IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are not compatible" and it goes on to say the ISP's will have to run two independant systems concurrently. Thats crap, IPv6 will happily accept an IPv4 address. The system was designed that way by the IEEE
