From reading the info, it's only because of the use of real drug names, aka, morphine and the pictures of them being accurate as to the type of drug.
If Bethseda changes them to something like "Painkillers" and makes the icon a bottle or something, then it should be fine to get a MA15+ rating, and therfore, a release in aust.
