is a tiny free application, lets you turn off shell extensions. Awesome.

WMP Play As Playlist Launcher
disable those, and you get a nice little right click menu.
NVIDIA CPL extension -> gets rid of the "Play on My" menu item that nvidia drivers adds
this is just for media files obviously, but it does pretty much everything. My best find for this week anyway.
