or more likely never thought of that as being an issue and probably wasn't paid enough to do anything about it if he/she did
or the dev's contact at DCC never answered emails about that specific option (another favourite of mine) :)

i use to get letters each month from telstra that says no payment needed untill next bill 56 cents owing
whats the point of that lol i use to pay the exact amount for my house bill each month and some how i ended up with 56 cents credit, not to mention when i disconnected my phone service in my old place i still got letters for 6 months saying i had $2 credit haha.

I canceled a credit card with the ANZ and it had a 2cent balance. They sent me statements every month for a year. They could have just mailed me a 2cent coin and called it quits :-)

I've got two bills in a row now from Telstra telling me I'm "26 ahead. That's all well and good, but I'm not with Telstra anymore. SO GIVE ME MY MONEY PUNKS!
Maybe they're going to continually send me them until I say "Okay, okay... you guys can keep it."
