Has advanced weapons upgrades V for dread's. Can fly them with dread skill and would just need the capital weapons which are both 2 weeks out.

2.30 mil sp Gallente PVP char.

Assets all over eve
Has all necessary pvp skills and ships, Will have bs V in a few days FLies all or not far from all t2 ships command down.

3. 20 mil sp Indy/inventor
sec status 1.6 wallet 24m
can fly all t1 ships and do lvl 4 missions w/ raven,drake
has good incent and building skills
is an exceptional scanner for wormhole exploration
