Sydney has been my favourite city to live, in Australia. But based on my experiences, it most certainly does not deliver the highest quality of living in our country (as per that article's claim).
Next is Melbourne and Perth. I'd argue both, on the basis that Perth is so remote, and Melbourne is full of Victorians. :P

melbourne is the worst place ive ever visted and ive been to alot of shit cities in my day.
i have been there 3 times
first time i booked a ticket out of there 36 hours into my stay.
2nd timei was to drunk to do anything the whole time i was there
3rd time i neally died from seeing the gross colour of the ocean.
