Webber is CAINING it. Great practice so far. 1st, 4/10th's ahead of Vettel in 2nd.

Post 3

red bulls doing well, but brawns lurking.

Seems redbulls have a few new items, new nose, rear, and boob implants.

Post 4

If i knew how to drive one of those things I might be lucky to get through one lap at 40km/h like a school zone but how those guys push those cars like that and do it for more than one lap is beyond me :D

Post 5

I missed the Qualifying due to the Lions test, I'll also most likely miss the race as I will be driving back to Dublin which is a shame as Webber is nicely placed.... rec I want updates via SMS!

Post 6

Vettel grabs pole, Rubens 2nd, Webber had traffic problems got 3rd.
Button 6th!

Webber was def trying for pole. He is still heaver then Rubens and should jump him. Redbulls seem to have adv here.

Post 7

Great 1-2 by Redbull.
Vettel stormed away for a start to finsh race,
Webber couldent jump Rubens at the start, but passed him in the first stops.
Rubens 3rd, Button got 6th. Could this be the end of the Brawn domination?

Another boring race... but Silverstone almost always is - one of my least favourite, from a spectator perspective.

Great driving from Vettel, though. Man on a mission.

Post 9

Well done Vettel. Did what Button has been doing in clean air at the front. No real surprise that the aero upgrades helped in the high speed corners.

Interesting to see most cars sliding around in the 3rd sector in the slower corners.

I didn't like Brawn blaming the cold track. What everybody else had hotter tyres? Suck it down losers lol

Disappointing qualis from Lewis but not expecting much from the McLemon anymore.

Post 10

The rest of the front runners did have hotter tyres. The Brawn's have been known all season to be very easy on their tyres - easier than any other setup... it's why in hot conditions they can run longer, and run smoother.

Unfortunately when it's colder, they struggle to find traction.

Post 11

Colder... but its summer over here at the minute, lol.

Post 12

Exactly. Colder. :P

Post 13

I must admit I fell asleep halfway through.

The Brawns did little wrong. It's just the new Red Bull mods seem to have the one up.

I'm now starting to think about Webber winning a race.

I hope he can out qualify Vettel and win or failing that just hopin Vettel crashes out :D

Post 14

Webber should win a race this season. Hopefully. :)
