Hi Guys, you can all blame Morge for my presence here.
I've got some random free stuff to give away in darwin, and I'd rather see it go to some good use. All you have to do is come get it, and if you happen to put it to a funky use, let me know.
GONE: Firstly, is a shuttle box. It's got a nforce 2 mobo in it which I think is fried as it doesn't post any more, but it still powers up. It has a athlon 2600+ cpu, 1gb of ram, a HDD and a dvdrom in it, as well as a Radeon 9600 pro All-in-wonder. Could be a good mod for a UPS perhaps (we all know how average the power is in darwin)? If you can get it working again and you can put it to some use, all the better.
Secondly is a laptop. It's a Excel G732 somethingorother, with a celeron 1.8 (I think). 14" screen (1024x768). Once again, it doesn't post and I've got no clue as to what is wrong with it. It has 2 x 19v 6.3a power adaptors that go with it, and these work fine, as well as a bag.
Thirdly is a belkin nostromo N52 speedpad. again, dunno if it works, but hey, it's free.
Finally, is a random assortment of hard drives. There's a 120gb seagate barracuda SATA, and 3 x IDE HDD's (80gb maxtor, 40gb maxtor, 60gb maxtor). These are all unknowns, dunno if they work and I couldn't be bothered testing them. If they work, good for you, and if they don't you can harvest the magnets out of them, and sharpen the edges of the platters and use them as throwing discs to decapitate your enemies with.

mate those hard drives, the larger ones are just what I need to finish the PC- please PM me with your number as I am in Melbourne and are happy to pay for postage, cheers
Dunno what happened, but I made a post using the quick reply box to say that everything was gone, and it came back with a message saying a moderator had to approve the post.... hmmmmm
Anywho, everything is gone, and all that is left is the rackmount system that I have for sale.
