...... yea, might I verily agree with the ubiquitous EOS, the 'after time' was salubrious - you little so and so's shouldn't have packed up your PCs and left .... you missed some very fun stuff - including some de_rats action and sv_gravity 100 fun on another 'new' map cs_alpin (including 'high wire' antics).....
It's a shame a lot of people left before the finish ... what better things are there to do on a lazy Sunday arvo than sit around and play CS? We were playing to nearly 9pm!
A very well organised event, hats off to Pheonix and TN1 for another great lan!
n.b. DGA is hoping to acquire a new hub or two before the next DGA lan to avoid the difficulties experienced when people take off with their own hubs when they leave 20 HOURS EARLY!!!

As Night was saying some of the maps we played (rats map) was awesome... you guys SHOULD of stayed, it's allways the best day for gaming Sunday( not sure why) rent, rec, mortar, remember DGA #2 how lonmg did ou play till.. and again DGA #3 allways save the best for the last ...

yes, the best lan yet? over 40 people, the more the better. Venue was excellent, heaps of room and air con was superb.The CS comp was alot of fun, still cant beleive DT won ! Well I have to say things went quite smoothly all round. I must thank all those who are showing their gratitude to both myslef and TN1. I would like to thanks Howie also. I have been a bit snowed under with work lately and he managed to have things all arranged. Well done man.
For the next Lan we hope to secure the same venue, but a few ground rules will be enforced in order to prevent some of the "nasty" things which keep on happening at Lans.
Keep it real and stay on top of things coz there plenty more where that came form.
Oh yeah. DGA#3 went off big time. Lots off ppl = lots of frags. I have given up playing quake ages ago in place of playing TFC, and after DGA3, I think i'll take up CS seeing as my clan won (DT.. means Dirty Turks eheh no joke) so I obviously have a natural talent for it, just as long as Shannow is pump shottie jumping/strafing/flipping around.

next DGA LAN all machines will have to be placed on the ground .. we only got 42 ppl to the last LAN ( below the 50 target.) but i guess we can fit @ least 70 maybe evan 80 but a bit of a squeeze [Image: http://bbs.gamers.octa4.net.au/smile.gif] hehe hows that a DGA LAN with 80 ppl in it ... can you say GIB Feast !!!
