Yeah Eater will explain it nice and simple.
But, to anyone else with the same question...
You can't share with the Telstra BigPond drivers (I've heard it's been done, but with literally weeks effort).
The best way to get it happening is with WIn2K's ICS by sharing your RASPPPOE dial-up account, or using WinProxy in Win9X also by using RASPPPOE.
