I wanna get some hardware from oversees. What i would like to know if they will have different bios versions ( like language) or will they be compatabile with all the hardware i've bought in Australia.

you'll probably just have to put up with manuals etc in some bad form of 'engrish'.

shouldn't. virtually all hardware is 'overseas' anyway.
