so my sony television seems to have died. i can't seem to receive digital signals anymore. (or unless someone can tell me that the antenna is dead, but then i can receive analog signals perfectly)
does anyone know if there's a certified sony repair centre here in darwin.
or at the least, someone who can fix tv's?
Well, you could talk to the place where you bought the tv from and ask them.
Or you could ring mobile electrics and ask if they're a sony repair centre. I know they service samsung and other brands.
to my knowledge, this dude does the sony repairs in darwin.

and look up anything home theatre-y excluding TVs, you get David Daly and Simtronics as authorised repairers.
TVs you get told to ring a bravia hotline, who will tell you a repairer. Who I suspect will be David Daly or Simtronics :P
How old is it? I hear far too much about Sony's dying, its one of the reasons I stay clear of em not just TV's.
i bought it in february 2008. its a bravia x series
eventually just bought a bog standard hd tuner for the tv.
The cost for them just to look at it was 88 dollars. After that would come the labour and parts.
Anyone know who'll do sony TV service on site? My TV weighs about 90kg and I dont want to pay to move it.
