Doesn't quite hit the mark for me. No camera flash, poor camera resolution and no improvement in storage space.

Still its in there for consideration but at this point in time I'm leaning towards the HTC Desire free on the $79 Telstra cap plan.

There is a camera flash (that's what a "LED flash" is). And it's 5 megapixels - VGA resolution is for the front-camera.

iOS 4 Jailbroken Within a Day of First Release

We wont know for a little while. 16G version is "99 in the US plus your 24 month contract and the 32G is $299. Thats the same cost as the previous versions.

Expect it to cost exactly the same as the last model did when released.

yeah, viewing the original at 100%, it's not a brilliant image, but size it down by as little as 80% of original and it looks flawless

Yeh the camera seems pretty good. Youll find that you will have to have steady hands with the iphone cam tho. Most scenes im snapping twice, one slightly blurred and one clear. However the phone takes and saves so fast that its not an issue for me... Yet.

Here is one at dust, youll have to wait until i get up for a true daylightmshot. 2:30am, logging :)

Seriously, no phone has come close to my k800i as far as photos. Having said that, Sony have always been ahead of the curve when it comes to whacking cams in phones. The other manufacturers should just give up.

I'm sure the new Sony phones are even better seeing my k800i was 2 phones ago for me....

Oh, this is one of the ones apple is giving out free. I don't really need a case, but with that video rec posted I thought I was get the best one out there.

To get it, I downloaded some apple app to my phone and it just told me to pick one and that it was send it to the original shipping address of my iphone.

I can't download that app for some reason - keep saying not found when searching, or by clicking the link on their 'case program' page.

maybe there yet to do it for australia? I've heard alternatively here you can go into an apple store to grab one.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm getting the exact same one as you :) I just needed it ASAP as we leave for Europe and much beer soon and a case is required.

The hardened glass back is fucking genius.

At first I was worried about breakage, but now I see the point. A) it looks awesome, and B) no marks! With the plastic back of previous iPhone's, and any phone I've had, it has been "spotted" in just weeks by putting it down on tables etc - grit would dint and scratch it.

Give this thing a wipe down, and it looks like it came straight from the factory.

Quick google around, seems like they might use a lower grade of Gorilla glass than Cowon does.
