Damn it Vettel. :)

Post 3

Awesome start by Mark. Can't believe rec missed it.... call yourself an F1 diehard?? I think not. :)

Post 4

Wine + doing work makes Jamie forgetful. Only 6 laps late. :)

First race start I haven't seen in about 4 years?

Post 5

"That's Alguersuari before everyone thinks it's Mark Webber", lol.

Post 6

"Not bad for a number-two driver" - Mark Webber, Sunday 11 July 2010, 11:30PM AEST - after winning Silverstone GP.

Fucking. Legend.

Stick that up you Red Bull. And fuck you Vettel, you damn prat.

Post 7

Great comment eh...

Post 8

Lets see if Mark now gets the preferential treatment given hes ahead of Vettel in the championship.

Post 9

OH HELL YES!! WEBBER unbeatable today.
After his new front wing was given to Vettel, team slapping his face saying the points leader needs it, he wins the British GP!
Eat shit Horner and RBR lol
Not bad from a No. 2 indeed..

Post 11

Umm... did you just give me a reason to buy an iPad? :/

PS. Webber +++ for podium enthusiasm.

Post 12

He's the ultimate professional. I expected him to slide in a few snide remarks about Vettel or the team in post-race conference, but he kept it all above-board.

Post 13

BBC has a track map with live car locations.. need a UK proxy or vpn tho.

Webber dropped a bombshell
Quote:
Mark Webber says he would not have signed a contract extension with Red Bull Racing had he believed he was going to be treated the way he was at Silverstone this weekend.

Post 14

Whoah. This is fucking huuuuuge.

Hope be breaks it and replaces one of the Mercedes of McLaren drivers? :)

Post 15

As bad as it may be in the team atm you DO NOT leave the #1 team (unless you get into a McLaren).

Lets not forget Mark signed after Vettel side swiped him and after the team blamed him... the writing was on the wall that they will back Vettel at all costs.

Red Bull@#!*: Webber v Vettel sees war of the mechanics

Post 18

That article is filled with win.

"Webber's mechanics were said to have removed the 'old' front wing that Webber had been forced to race with and waved it at Vettel's side of the garage.

They, just as much as Webber, had been angered by the apparent favouritism shown by Red Bull's management and were not afraid to show the world their simmering resentment.

"As the packed grandstands raised the roof prior to lights-out, the Australian exchanged a few words with Sir Stirling Moss. As if he needed any more inspiration.

The exact details of the conversation remain unknown but the legendary British racer probably told him exactly how he would have coped in a similar situation.

''I think what Mark Webber should do is say 'OK, give him [Vettel] the best parts, and I'll go out and beat him anyway','' the 80-year-old told the BBC cameras."

Yes I sent the Moss quote to Ronan.

As if Webber didnt need enogh inspiration to get him off the line I think that would have put his task well beyond doubt
