Need to get a legit piece of software in our office. Would Foxit be the one? Talking about 20-25 users.
Main use will be to print directly any Office documents as PDF's including CAD files, so it needs to show up as a printer. We also collate individual PDF's a lot. I like the function in Acrobat Pro that allows you to drag and drop one PDF into another.
I'll watch this with interest as well. Since Office 2007 (and now 2010) being able to save Office files directly as PDFs has meant that they didn't bother updating the Acrobat Pro versions at work, so no more ability to merge PDFs for me.
Cute PDF to generate PDFs -Have never had problems with formatting and layout
Nitro to edit the pages if you need to change the order and play around with stuff - NItro has problems with some Powerpoint and Excel documents in formatting - It edits the fine once they are in PDF
