CPU - 7.9
RAM - 7.9
Graphics - 6.0
Gaming Graphics - 6.0
Hard Drive - 5.9

My GPU Score is low because the Windows shit doesnt recognise Crossfire so my Radeon 5970 scores terribad on it despite actually being very good. Also the power saving on it clocks the GPU down to 157Mhz and the RAM down to 300Mhz at idle and the windows test doesn't trigger it to raise up to it's proper speed.

Hard drive score is low because the score is locked to 5.9 max for a non-SSD hard drive. I have 2xSSD but in RAID0, which windows recognises as a normal hard drive and thus a locked score. If I seperate them and put them on singly, despite all the benchmarks saying the RAID0 was nearly twice as fast for every test, Windows score goes from 5.9 to 7.2.

System is:

Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7
Core i7 920 @ 4.4Ghz (Watercooled)
8GB Kingston HypeX KHX2000 @ 2133Mhz
Radeon 5970 @ 1ghz Core/1.4Ghz RAM (Also watercooled)
nVidia 9600GT (Stock speeds, just used for PhysX and third monitor)
2xVertex II 60GB in RAID0
Bunch of regular SATAII drives of varying sizes for storage.

I always wondered what was up with shitty hard drive scores, It seems that no matter what I have always been stuck with 5.9. I am running 2 hybrid drives in RAID0 and get the same score as a standard drive.

CPU - 7.6
RAM - 7.6
Graphics - 7.7
Gaming Graphics - 7.7
Hard Drive - 5.9

Specs in signature.

Come to think of it though a mate has 2 x 10,000rpm SCSI drives on a PCI RAID controller that I'm sure gets 6.3, will have to look into that.

Post 16

I have a segate Momentos Hybrid disk and its still not going over 5.9 :S

At the end of the day, the Windows 7 Score is a shitty benchmark.
