Just got mine!

Missus picked me up a 32gb one about 20 mins ago, selling epic fast apparently no 16gb ones left in Darwin.

All gone, I got there 5 minutes too late for the 32gb
cunting.

Didnt HP stop supporting the new WebOS tablets? Is it worth getting?

it's a gamble as to whether the android port works out.

Otherwise it's a "00 tablet browser/photos/video/email with an ips screen.

Either way, it's too late to be asking that question, that question needed to be asked at about 2.15pm at the latest :P

Got there about 3:20, nothing left by that stage. Hung around for 15 minutes looking at some other stuff and there must have been half a dozen people I noticed that came in specifically asking about the TouchPads and probably more I didn't see.

there's heaps on ebay already for as much at $800 as a collectors item, wtf man.

on it right now, rather nice to use IMO

typing on it now. Its nice tablet at $98 though at $500 I would say no way.

Does anyone know how to enable the terminal, or console on these devices. I want to set up a terminal to my main box to play dwarf fortress.

I'm tempted at that price to get one. From what I've read on WP they are heaps better once you root it and flash on a custom ROM. I'll resist though and wait for the 3.0+ 7" tabs that are about to land.

i overclocked and tweaked my touchpad, must say i am quite happy with it :)
cant wait for an android port though.

yeah same its been running stable at 1.5ghz all night, gets a little warm, but nothing compared to my phone lol

quite a nice selection of homebrew, and it plays hd video without conversion so i'm pretty happy with it.
