Geforce 8xxx+ for CUDA/Physics

For use with CUDA apps and physics i would prefer a 1x PCIe card since now extra power needed
i am looking for one of the following

Geforce 8800GT 16xPCIe
Geforce 9600GT 16xPCIe
Geforce 9500GT 1xPCIe
Geforce GT210-GT440 1xPCIe
