it gets you the next 3 exp and early access to them.. etc.. if your going to buy the exp anyways it is cheaper than buying them one at a time..

I'd like to, but I refused to pay it at release (the DLC at release was MORE than the game cost).
It's come down in price now; but I haven't been bothered to get it.
