Has Bainesy served his time?

Yes, a while back Bainesy was detected with OGC on his computer. As we explained, this was the doing of his brother. I told chris to delete his admin.cfg and manualy put in his password so he couldnt get into server 1. I know octa4 has a zero tolerance, which is agreed to by both bainesy and i. But the zero tolerance refers to cheaters. And chris is no cheater.

Has he proved himself trustworthy yet?

Blue man he will not be unbanned.. i have no doubt in his story .. but if we do it for one we have to do it for all in a similar situation.

But i suggest u talk to an admin ... Im pretty sure u will get a similar response .. but good luck

unfortunate that before his incident there was a few others saying it was my day,brother, sister, mother, whoever ..

this might/mightnot relflex on him as I believe it too be true but then you would have to believe them all.. as flamm said

Yes I have been playing in octa1 recently, I was banned from octa2.

Yes, there are similar situations where people have been banned. What im asking you to see is that Bainesy has contined to play on octa4 #1 and has been(/kept) clean and friendly.
After being banned from a server, a lot of people seem to disappear from the scene but chris has stayed with us.

also thats the same with Beginner NEO he is banned on octa4 #2 but plays on number 1 so unbann Beginner tooo

Well can someone please correct me if I wrong cos I don'y know much about the server, but doesn't it pick up people who use the cheats anyway??

Just an idea and let them play in the server again and if they do cheat (they'll be picked up)?

I agree people caught cheating should be banned for good but people keep saying

Brother/Cousin ect its been used so many times its stupid..

i know a few people have had ogc detected on there machines but wheren't using them and most of them had been trying it at dga for fun when they arrive home they set there machine up and go to hang some cs on octa4 and once they are in the server they remembed they hadn't reinstalled cs to get rid of the ogc :|

Ogc is fun to play when u know rest are cheating but on octa4 no cheats are to be installed weather there not bein used or not cos once its found the cheat your gone for good buddy but i do believe your story so i don't see why u shouldn't be unbanned.

I'm sure other people must agree that he should be unbanned even though cheaters never get a second chance on octa4 :

not getting a second chance is a little draconian. repeat offenders? sure get rid of them, but a parole period would be useful for first timers i guess. not that i play cs anyway.

Well korny, thats how |yakuza|samurai got banned.
he tested it and forgot it was on. CSguard caught him in the end. but hes not unbanned *cries*
