HELP!!!!!Transfer Apps from PC to Iphone

ok i fucked up and deleted everything on my iphone. goodc news is i still have it on my pc bad news i cant figure out how to put it back on to the Iphone. i could use some help so if anyone knows how to do it can you tell me please

Are we talking apps in your itunes purchases? Or Jailbroken phone?

In iTunes - under 'Library' on the left, click on 'Apps'. They should all be listed there. Drag n Drop em (Or you can Sync them).

You should be backing up to iCloud every night, then you can just restore all data, apps, settings and so-forth.
