your mate mr.jiggs seems to have attempted to register with his actual cdkey and not his wonid. If he reapplies and fills out the form properley i'll be happy to process him through asap.

Failing that is it is a cd key problem..
Contact Sierra via their email system..
The mailer-bot will tell U to photograph ( digicam ) the CD and the book showing his CD key clearly..
That is the Auth they need to know he owns the CD and the Key in question..
Then email it to the addy they will give U, a real person will look @ it and email U back a fresh CD key.
Does it get any easier ??

Admins,
Workmate and clanmate tried to register with you guys last week and was told that the wonid he supplied was already registered.
Now I installed his HL/CS from the NEW collectors edition he bought from HNormans. Am happy to bring in the CD's to show you.
What can we do about this, obviously someone from HNormans has given the CD-key to a mate for his warez version so he can play and Mark doesn't want to shell out another 50 bucks for another cd-key. Or someone has simply burnt it and handed it back.
Can we find out who the other person is and erase em if they can't prove they bought it in good faith.
Anything we can do here??

While we are on the subject I believe -=SB=-Mr Jiggs is still waiting to be cleared?
