im having problems updating new game installing full retail update patch keeps saying invalid directory remember i had this with 1.3 but cant remember how i fixed it any ideas??

Probably a silly question, but you havent installed it in a different directory to which the default install is (ie: not c:\sierra\counter-strike) ?
Other than that i cant really think of any other reasons that could be causing that problems :?

fixed it after reinstalling cs a couple of times :)
