Does anyone know how to make the mouse accel in XP just like it is in 2000 ?

The only fixes i have seen makes the mouse not accelerate at ALL! Windows 2000 had low acceleration. That is what i am after .

Can anyone help ?

Yeah, there's this tweak I saw on http://www.overclockers.com.au that lets you change the acceleration curve of Windows XP.

The only thing i saw there was how to completely remove the mouse accel. What i need to know is how to make just like win2k default, which is low accel :| that registry entry is what i have it at now. 0 accel :|

Yeah, but you can, instead of putting in all 0's in the key, put in numbers of your choosing to change the acceleration curve. Play with it :)

Btw, turning off pointer acceleration normally in WinXP doesn't TOTALLY shut it off... It just turns it down heaps... You can only completely shut it off with that registry keyset.
