Find out your WONID, go into your profile, and update the details there. That's it!!

Actually nothing is done by an admin.
Your put your wonID in, sync your account if needed, and you can play. That simple :)

That means that your WONID is already in the system (bug I know - finding time to fix it is the issue I have).
A: Can you currently play on server #1 - if so then you obviously have the correct password. So all that is need to get your account in line with your forum account is to "sync" it.
B: If not - then you are going to have to PM me and try and guess your password, as that WONID is already registered.

Settle.... I've had 4000 things to do and you yelling wont make me work any faster - quite the opposite. The WONID that you try and enter is already in the system - that means that SOMEONE ELSE is using it at GU. Now you mentioned that your brother is using one of your cd keys - if he has registered here, then that is the reason you cannot register it.
Bring the matter up with him.

Thats the name for that wonid in the stats. Although the stats suggest they arent registered cos they have tried to connect but havent been able to
