video card help

ok, am in the process of looking for a new video card, i would like a geforece 4 TI4600 but still

the things i woud like the card to have is possible dual head, but not nessacary, a place for me to plug in my cabble box and my playstation

and yes, i dont know if anyone knows of something along thoese lines taht are out there? of if anyone can gudie me in my quest for knowledge?

if you can cough up $400 cash i know where i reckon you can get an ASUS TI4600 ULTRA only eight months old.
