Okay its only the 7th of feb and my adsl limit is around half way which means for next 11 12 days won't be able to download much because of my brother :x
Does anyone know any program out there that will limit bandwith to a certain ip address ?

break ya brothers computer and put 100,000 passwords on ya computer... that should sort the problem out ;)
or get a new brother who hates computers...
