This has been out for awhile (although v3.0 only came out last month) but Ive been liking it so much recently I felt I have to post about it.
This has gotta be ONE of the most sweetest mods ever made. If youve got max payne on PC you gotta get this mod. Its so well done, so damn sweet.

The combo system is easy to do and looks wikid after you get up a few lvls and do the long combos, and the Stick weapon adds another way to fight thru the game without having to use your fists all the time so it doesnt get boring.
