Will the old wc3 server ever terminate or is it going to stay there for ever?
if it does shut down then when will this happen?

It will officially die this coming Monday, 30th June, 2003 (last day of the financial year :) ) - The replacement server ( http://www.gamers-underground.com/serverstats/servers/HLS203.17.15.212:27017.html ) is already up and running.

Get over it. The server is about to go. The box that it is in has had its day and about to die anyway.
